The typical data we collect is information you\u2019ve provided to us. We ask you to give your name, email and\/or phone number when you sign up for our newsletter or blog, via our website.<\/p>\n<h2>Data Security<\/h2>\n<p>Securing your personal data is extremely important to us which is why we take proper measures to protect your data and we actively monitor emerging cyber threats through a system of alerts.<\/p>\n<p>Greenside Up employs high standards of security to protect the personal data under its care. Appropriate security measures are taken to protect against unauthorised access to, or alteration, destruction or disclosure of any personal data held by Greenside Up in its capacity as Data Controller. Access to and management of data is limited to administrators of the website only.<\/p>\n<h2>Controlling your Data<\/h2>\n<p>You have ultimate control over your data. You can manage your data, your contact preferences and how you can opt in or out of marketing communications.<\/p>\n<h2>Third Parties<\/h2>\n<p>The only third-party who has access to your data outside of Greenside Up is Mailchimp that manages our newsletters and mailing lists. They follow strict data protection guidelines, processing your data in compliance with the Irish Data Protection legislation and EU General Data Protection Regulation. <strong>You have our assurance that w<\/strong><strong>e do not share your information with any parties outside of Greenside Up.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>To make our website work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device.
